I think it would be really cool and usefull if you make the hat option, were single player can subscribe, set their personal score and ability and role and personalized caratheristics asd by the oganizer, and the sistem try to create the team, than the organiser can try to balance them.

Even now, the organizer can collect this information using custom player registration forms https://docs.ultie.org/for-organizers/hat-event/extended-player-registration. And at the "Rheiner Spaß Hat 2024" in July, the team distribution will be done through a randomizer, depending on the skill level indicated by the players, with minor adjustments by the organizers.
